Hey there, I’m Krystle

I am a former collegiate athlete who upon graduating with a degree in Art, emphasis in photography, began my career at Wieden + Kennedy Advertising in Portland, Oregon. I’m an Executive Producer with an expertise in Art Production and over 15 years of experience in creative production roles on the Nike Global Brand account. 

Working in a fast-paced industry, being a mother of two and facing some personal life changing events, I felt the need more than ever to find balance and understand the deeper meaning of the experiences I was going through. As divine grace would have it I came across Dr. Linda Backman’s book, “The Evolving Soul: Spiritual Healing Through Past Life Exploration” and immediately set up a session with her. It’s hard to even put into words the soul clarity this initial session gave me at that point in my life. It was life changing and helped explain the source of some of my deepest fears and anxieties, was the catalyst for aligning me with my more authentic self and continues to be the most transformative modality helping me navigate life’s constant ebbs + flows, while strengthening my connection to spirit.

I’m a certified Past Life Soul Regression Therapist, trained by the lovely Dr. Linda Backman and it has become part of my life’s work to help others better understand their soul’s journey through this sacred work.
